Superb service - Premium review

I spoke to Willan Maswanganyi about reviewing my account after receiving a notification that my premium had increased after the annual review, with little change on my profile. He was very helpful, professional and friendly in dealing with the matter. Although my previous premium could not be matched, we were able to lower my excess and bring the reviewed amount down slightly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the matter was dealt with promptly and professionally. Thanks William!
