Superb, professional and quick service

I took out a policy with King Price because Outsurance would not give me the lower rate King Price offered even though i was a client with them for many a years. The service i got from Asogan Govender whom helped me set up the policy to the man behind the scenes Graig van Rooi was superb. I would love to tell all the people out there who don't know what professionalism is, to phone these guys cause they will make you feel like royalty from the word go. No need to wait to get an answer, they know their work and can give you an answer there and then.

I had to change my banking details cause i accidently gave them the wrong account number in the beginning and knowing the debit order should be going off in a couple days i send an email to Asogan Govender, no policy number no details other than my name and surname and within 3 minutes i received a call from Asogan Govender telling me he will have Graig van Rooi quickly assist me with the change of banking details cause that's what Graig works with.

From the hello to the you have a great weekend it was less than 5 minutes and that included the security questions. Now that is service out of the top ranks.
