Thank you so much Charity Baloyi, your online service was perfect, I called and waited long on the line for cancelling a policy, I started a chat online where Charity was of assistance she said she has sent my request to a consultant to call me since cancellation should be done on a call, whilst i was responding to her message i got a call from Tebogo who was also very helpful.
