Super cheap insurance that comes with a price.
<p>I would like to express my disgust in King Price. Someone broke into my house on Friday the 12th of May 2017 and stole all my belongings includin my Clothes and various appliances. I have followed all the correct steps and reported the insident immediatly and I submitted the claim that following week because I have no clothes left to wear. It took the assesor a week to get to us and to the assesment and he said he will phone me...still no call or clothes...I dont have the luxery to go and replace my whole wardrobe from my pocket so now I have to wash my clothes every second day...they claim the claim will be paid out between 7 - 14 days...it is day 14 now and still no call or info. I also requested to get weekly updates and I end up phoning the call centre... I am highly discusted and I will advise anyone to steer clear of these guys that make the victim feel like a ********. Claim CKP ********** so this is not an unneccary complaint. </p>

Thank you, His response was proffesional and there was just a communication gap. Ronald is really proffesional and he handled everything in a positive manner

It seems that they are victimising me now that I have laid a complaint treating me like a ******** because I could not remeber if my television was a 28in or a 32in and they are now requesting bank statements... and they told me that I should keep my receipts??? That was never mention at inception??? I will be taking this to FAIS Finacial Ombudsman...OOO and I see that there is a loooong list of people who fell into the same trap on Hello Peter.... They are the reason that people in the finacial sector has a bad name.
