Wow!!! I cannot understand what just happened, Service like this does not exist, I have said it before, but it seems that the policy states that customer care needs to improve with every phone call, every inquiry. I can just imagine what life will be like if all companies in South Africa can change their ways, and learn how it should be done. Sunaina Dhanasar, I thank you so dearly, from the bottom of my heart, we all go through tough financial times and to speak to someone that actually understands... I have no words, this is Customer CARE, this is exactly what it means, what it is supposed to be.
