So... I was updating my regular driver for my car insurance, seeing that I wont be driving that much anymore, but only for a short while. Calling in was a breeze, not too many questions asked, just the general security questions. After being given the first quote by Tebogo Motaung, I was not pleased at all, but he made a plan to offer me a lower quote. I received a call back from him 5 minutes later with good news from him. The quote significantly went down, and to my surprise, nothing on my policy changed - e.g Increased access.
