Stuffed Up My Credit Score with false promises

I recently took comprehensive vehicle insurance from King Price for my new car that I took delivery of on the 24/10/2015 the agreement between me and the consultant was to be charged a pro rata rate for the 24th, 25th and 26th which will be debited on the 26th of October along with my full installment for the month of November. I knew I had till Sunday evening to deposit the money into my account but to my surprise I found that the money had already been debited and returned as unsuccessful. Leaving me without insurance, a bad credit rap (taken me over a year to get previous black marks fixed) and a penalty charge from my bank for the bounced debit. After contacting King Price I was promised that at the very least they would try send a letter to my bank explaining what happened and that they were at fault. So far all they did was redebit my account to make sure they get their money. Now I am being refused another credit application I desperately need and its not even my f***ing fault!!!<br> I find this very disappointing and unless it is somehow fixed I will be cancelling with King Price and moving to a new insurer.
