Struggle to cancel policy!!!!

Send proof of cancellation..... i send couple of emails and phone and speak to and agent regarding the cancellation, according to the agent the cancellation office phone line are busy????? They will phone back... day later and no one phone me back..... but when you ask for quote the phone back in an hour!!! after talking to my current insurer i decided to stay with them. Cancel the policy kp ********** with immediate effect date 30/4/2018
