STRANDED

ON the 9th of March, my car broke down on my way to work. I called my insurance KING PRICE for someone to come tow me. the consultant requested for my ID number and after providing it to her, she told me I was not insured with them. I thought this was a mistake and she transferred me to the towing department. They also advised me that I was not insured with them. to cut the long story short, no one came to assistance . I have a policy number, and they have debited my account for the last 3 years without fail every month.
