Storm Damage

I am so sickened with the way my claim was handled .You know what’s disappointing it’s you as a consumer and a loyal client to an insurance company and they let you down by making empty promises over and over. Each time i am told lies with the status of my claim. For an assessor to be appointed I had to call and complain then they send an wrong assessors as if that’s not enough no one communicates and tells me they will send someone I had to complain again and someone comes through to assessors the damages We have been sitting in a house with damaged wooden floors ,house is a mess and and almost close to month end and you guys have not finalized our claim When I called when was not getting any feedback I am told you waiting for the report from the assessor. The assessor submitted the report within 3days after the valuation yet you make excuses to day you didn’t get his report because you are not happy with the report the assessor gave and you assigned your own person to come and till date my claim has not been finalized.

People insured with other insurances have been paid out and I am here waiting with no communication from the insurance .this is such an inconvenience we sitting with damaged items and you are looking for each and every reason not to assist and waiting for the next debit order date to run so you can rip us off
