Stop the debit and cancel the policy
When you debit an account monthend and find no money it means the person you are debiting has no money so there's no need to send the debit order again in a period of one month as that causes a problem with the bank. How ever , i request KingPrice to cancel the policy with immediate effect and stop the debits as I am unemployed and have no source of income.
