Stop Phoning Me
I received a call from a Telemarketer this morning - asking if I was interested in someone from King Price phoning me to tell me more about their product. I responded saying no I am not interested, please do not call me. 20 minutes later - someone from King Price phoned me to tell me about their insurance policy. POPIA is an enforceable act - if I do not consent to you using my number for a specific purpose, you may not use it. PLEASE TAKE MY NUMBER OFF OF YOUR DATABASE

These affiliates should be registered with the Direct Marketing Association of SA, which allows you to opt out of these messages, via their website.
If you want to remove your personal info from these databases, here’s what you need to do:

• Make sure that you fill in all your cellphone numbers and email addresses, as well as your ID number.
• Allow about 8 weeks to unsubscribe you from all registered databases.
