We were ****** at our home. Our cellphones were ******. So when i phoned KP to claim they requested all the proof of purchases which we provided. Now they tell us sorry but we dont cover the phones as they were not specified. But when we took out the insurance we were told that we dont need to specify items unless they are more than R30, 000. ***?? They lie to their customers.
