****** items must be forcefully taken

On Wednesday 26/08/2015, my car key was ****** from my gym bag in a locker at the gym. The ***** used my key to get access to my car and stole the contents in my car, being wallet, cell phone etc.
The case was reported to the police as well as King Price Insurance. My premium is up to date, and all photo's requested was submitted to King Price. My claim however was rejected as there was no forced entry into the car and the locker was not locked.
Definition for Insurance: a practice or arrangement by which a company or government agency provides a guarantee of compensation for specified loss, damage, illness, or death in return for payment of a premium.(Oxford Dictionaries)
My question then:
1.Nowhere in the policy document does in mention that insured goods are only covered if they were forcefully removed and it was not mentioned to me when I took out the policy.
2.As per the definition of Insurance, it would mean that King Price cannot be registered as an insurer of anything as they cannot guarantee compensation for my loss. My total loss was over R15,000 but unfortunately not all was specified in my policy and King Price does not have a \All Risk"policy. """
