Stole my money!!

I had a King Price Insurance Policy and I called them on 01/03/2016 to cancel the Policy I was told it's been cancelled I called in again on the 03/03/2016 to make sure it's been cancelled I was told it's not been cancelled and that their systems are offline and someone will call me back. Nobody called me so on the 08/03/2016 I called again to cancel the policy was told it's been cancelled, I didn't received any notifications so I called them again was told it's been cancelled and they will resend the notification, I received the email on the 08/03/2016 saying that my policy has been cancelled.<br> <br> After all this 2 debit orders went of my account on the 10/03/2016 for R245.00 & R425.95. Now I must go to my bank to get this reversed, This is not right as this was not my fault I called more than once to cancel the policy and still it's not been cancelled. I want King Price to sort this out and reverse my funds with immediate effect. If this can't be done I will go to the ombudsman and Crime line.
