Still waiting for my refund

When I took out the policy with King Price, Carl Naidoo told me that he would not charge me a initiation fee. But the amount of R245.00 was debited from my account along with the monthly premium. I called on the 3rd Nov and they said they would process the refund and it would take 10 days to be refunded back into my account. Still waiting!!! I then called on the 18th and spoke to Ziyaard he said they would do the refund within in 48 hours.....Guess what...I'm still waiting !!! It almost the end of the month and still haven't received this money. This is a really terrible way to treat a client that is just joined your company.<br> <br> Don't think Im gonna be with king price for much longer - this is a very bad start.
