Still not getting joy from King Price Insurance

My last review for this company made them promise to investigate and basically said to stop writing reviews and sent my concerns to the same email address that they never bother to reply when they received something.

I thought to myself, give them a month to investigate, if they are indeed investigating, they would at least also contact me to get my side of the story, that post was on the 26th of July 2019, the only relations I've had with them is when the are debiting my account, that they will never forget.
