Still no response
I was involved in an accident in October the very next day I logged a claim, I called the claims dept this morning to follow up and their response was that they had not received my inspection certificate which was done in September last year. my vehicle is on the verge of breaking down and I would be left without a vehicle if this happens. Will your take me and my passengers to work?
