still no car after two months of an accident

i was happy with MiWay, then one day i received a call. it was KingPrice and they were offering an insurance that is cheap and decreasing monthly. then on the 24th Dec 2014, was involved in an accident and all hell broke loose. the rental vehicle that i was given has gone back and i dont know wheres my car is and how far. i send emails and calls, no response. i have a premature baby, whos in ICU and i need to see her, but i cant because i dont have a car and know one cares. but they know where to find my monthly contribution. i am really frustrated and had to take leave because i am stranded. Can anyone assist, please
