Still have not received refund for December

I have called King Price numerous times with regards to the refund of Decembers premiums and i am constantly being told that they need to have a manager authorize the refund before the collections department can to the payment. Every time i am told this will take 48hours to get authorized and thereafter i will be contacted but this never happens nor has any refund been received to date. Unfortunately i had a very high regard for king price until this because you guys where very accommodating of me but now with the run around i am being given it is seriously making me consider cancelling my policy and staying with my current insurer.
