Still being overcharged on what I was quoted!

After my previous complaint on hello peter about king price insurance I received a call from Yolandi (I think that was her name). I was told that my previous quote in writing from a lady that stated she was in some sort of authority to take over the initial problem (from Steven not getting any of my details on my policy correct) of R380 some change was a mistake and they would not be able to give me that premium. And it will have to be R420. Not only have I not been refunded as promised for the first 2 billings, but my third billing has now come off again at R420. I'm not sure what the problem here is! I was given a quote in writing, that I have proof of that my premium would be R380, and the lady that phoned me is trying to convince me that I was given that figure and debited that figure because of \pro rata\" which also doesn't calculate correctly! My insurance covered my from the 11th and I paid king price from the 5th according to Yolandi. After she discovered that it was in deed not pro rata and I was correct for being quoted & paying R380, she insisted they will not give me that premium and the calls stopped. I'm disgusted how there can be so many problems in such little time"
