Mpho Pilane , a senior retentions consultant at KPI was really fantastic. I called in to attempt to change my details and update my policy. Initially, I was mildly disappointed with my adjustment as I have been a loyal KPI policy holder and have had no accidents or incidents apart from a break-in. Mpho took over from the junior consultant and delivered exactly to my expectations. Definitely a stellar employee, and I am happy now to still be insured under King Price.
