Firstly, Kim (i feel very bad that I do not have her surname), I had an emergency at home and was close to tears a few times. When I told her it's not her problem but I need to get home her response was... "but it is my problem sir". That alone meant the world to me. My sick family member whom I was on my way to also was expecting me to get here way later so for that I have no words... Please give her a team leader position if she is not one as she deserves it.

Next, the tow truck driver... I believe his name is Brent. That is a stand up guy. Not only was he efficient but his jokes and laughter as well as his little speech regarding illness made all the difference.

Then last but definitely by no means least, Ayanda, who when I called to say that I was home safe provided me with some more comfort advising me that she was grateful and happy I was at home safely.

I have always been a King Price member only departing as I did not have a vehicle for a while. Your service is amazing but today when I needed it the most, when I was feeling at my worst, you guys came through. I will always remember this day as the day my believe that the insurance industry revived my believe in good service.
