Steep increase
After being with King Price for nearly a year and being satisfied with the initial sign up service and the Chilli insurance premiums, I received my yearly review email.
I did not and haven't had any claims throughout my history of car insurance and consistently drove within the 2nd chilli km range (101-300km), however, King Price wishes to increase my insurance by 34%.
I was contacted by a representative who told me he couldn't do anything about the increase and tried to sell me lesser vehicle insurance. I will be changing insurances as a 34% increase is disgusting and I hope the person who decided that will be removed from the company.

05 Oct 2021, 13:19Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
