STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PPLE

Very dissappointed and disgusted in Kingprice. When i took out a policy fr my son the registered owner of his car as well as regular driver in my name they said that is possible. I reiterate he moved to pretoria to do internship and we are taking his car up the weekend. They said no problem and noted im the policy holder my son the owner and regular driver. Policy was issued we took car to Pretoria. Back in PE i phoned broker and asked him to check the policy docs. He phoned managers of Kingprice and they said unfortunately policy is invalid he has to be the policy holder. So all the time i didnt have any cover. A Pablo spoke to me and said a consultant will ph me after 4.30 when my son is home to issue policy in his name. Consultant ph and gave a ridiculous high quote of from R895 to R1700 which my son was forced to take as he was desperate for cover. I told him he needs to match the quote i got in the first place as i was mislead. Manager who said he ll ph after sorting things out never phoned. Im not happy. No apology, accountability nothing. Im not leaving this like that in fact i want the recording as im going to report them to the ombudsman. Not only one but i spoke to three of their consultants and no one said it cannot be issued in my name. Maybe its the way they do business by being dishonest.
