STAY CLEAR OF KINGPRISE

<p>I'm currently insured with these so called insurer.Had a break-in about two weeks ago.After reporting it to the local police,i informed this insurer about the incident.After numerous calls to this so called insurer,they informed me today that my claim has been rejected due to the fact that i was not linked to an armed response unit.When i entered into the contractural agreement,i informed them thatalthough i'm not linked,i have a fully operational alarm system,with burglar bars on my windows as well as safety gates at the doors.They,the so called wannabee insurer accepted these terms and never as in never contacted me to revise this agreement.Now,they rejects my claim.THIS IS REALLY THE PITS.MY NEXT STEP WILL BE THE OMBUDSMAN.Please guys,stay clear of this wannabee insurer.</p>
