Stay away from King Price

Worst experience at King Price. They originally did not insure my car properly. They only picked this up after I had called them in concern of what the app was saying is included in my insurance. As a result, they ended up increasing my premiums in order to cover my vehicle properly (comprehensive cover). On top of that they asked for a pro-rated payment for the amount they lost due to the incorrect premium. I asked that the least they can do is not debit that amount pro-rated amount since it was not my fault their agents cannot do their jobs properly. They had agreed to not do the pro-rated debit. I see when the debit order went off this month, they still debited the pro-rated amount on top of the premium… I’m so tired of the back and forth. Super disappointed in King Price. I’m also still waiting to see the decreasing premiums that they keep on going on about.
