Stay away !!!!

It's sad how you need to go to helo Peter to get something out of a company you pay 😕 will definitely be switching insurance

They very fast to sell you the insurance but for them to even just approve a claim takes 5 years. This is not an insurance you can reply on and feel safe with because they won't pay out when they need to .

instead they rather feel the need to harasse me daily for rediculous things. Like slips and QR codes for the clothes that went missing. (Bought last year) 1) who on earth will keep slips and QR codes for each piece of clothing they own. 2) quite a few of the clothes were gifts from family and friends. They all laughed at me when I asked if they still had the slips etc,,(I did advice them to stay away from King price) 3)must describe every item of clothes bit by bit 4) new thing every day I just find it very irritating and as if they are trying to implicate that my integrity is doubtful. If these absurd questions are still forthcoming, I will have to contact the ombudsman to sort this matter out.

Please stay away from King Price Insurance!!!

Unfortunately as with all insurers certain information is required in order to validate a claim. Claims will be in contact with you to discuss your concerns and the way forward.

So I have received Nothing but threats .every day that want new information that has not been previously requested. The managers are *********** and full of excuses. They want to know why my deff dog that I have had since grade 6 never barked .

Friday they called wanting new information that has never been asked previously! Then They sent me a letter threaten to reject my claim and cancel my policy if I don't send it .
Stating they have asked me several times that is a total lie . 🙄

Please stay away from them .far away . They just take your money that is all .you never get royal treatment unless they selling you something. Rather go to another insurance you are going to have many sleepless nights and red eyes with them .I am so sad I never listened when people warned us of kingprice. Cheaper premium doesn't mean anything when you not really insuranced and they don't have competent staff .

It hurts my 💔 to the core that I need to write this .when my husband car broke down I was still on the call when them and the tow truck showed up .they price beat every insurance prices but obviously all they well trained people are by sales and not claims or is it that you not really coverd? I have always received excellent service and help but I am extremely put off by them this time .scary to think we have been with them so long now they treating us .
