Starting with insurance, no mention of assessing.
When I took out my insurance with KP it was never mentioned to me that should I one day claim they will first come and assess the property and do further investigating more than the SAPS.<br> Why did they not do the assessing once taking out the policy in the first place?<br> This is now delaying my claim and I have to wait weeks for someone to come out for I live ****m away form the KP head office.<br> Question: is this fair?
