Started off well but now things are headed down the drain

It has been 1 month and 8 days since my accident and I still don't know what is happening with my car.

My claim was approved more than 20 days ago and no work has been done on my car as yet. Every week the story seems to be changing. The story has gone from awaiting approval of additionals, to awaiting parts to the vehicle will be a write off...

What makes it worse is that no one calls me about these things. I have to keep calling and visiting the panel beaters to find things out.

My last visit to the panel beaters was on Monday, 28 June which is when I found out about the change in decision from repair to write off. Since finding this out I have been calling my assessor daily and cant get ahold of him and I have emailed him as well. I have also called the King Price call center and there too they said they will send him an email. I am still to receive such a phone call.

I am annoyed because time is passing by and King Price is not telling me anything about the car.

As per my previous review, I think my 5 star review was rushed as now you have dropped the ball all the way down. I am so disappointed in the way things are going.
