Staff are amazing, caring, compassionate, kind, friendly, helpful. I have never had a problem with a claim. 2 years back when my Ford got into an accident, the panel beaters quote was to high and it was going to be a write off. I explained to the staff member, I need my vehicle. I cried the day he called me back and said he managed to negotiate with the panel beater and they going to repair. He went over and beyond and I still have my Ford. With this recent claim, it was do easy, so fast, no it's and but's. They arranged for the assessment and we will go from there. When other insurance companies call me to offer better premiums, I do not entertain the conversation. King Price has been so good to me, and I will stay loyal to King Price for years to come
