Spoke to a consultant named George at KP retentions after I was adamant in wanting to cancel my policy, due to a cheaper quotation and a bad previous experience. Made me feel assured that my past experience would be looked into so that it may not happen again. Also my premium was reduced to satisfaction. Hope that I don't have to go to retentions for better outcomes in future.
