I had to make a change on my insurance so I've send an e-mail regarding the matter. Honestly speaking, I did not expect King Price to be on it so quickly, especially because it is a Public Holiday. To my surprise I received a sms stating they received my query and whether they can call me now or tomorrow during business hours. Needless to say, I wanted to finalize the matter ASAP, so I chose 'now' as an option. Within a few minutes I was contacted by a very friendly Legaiyenn Morris. He assisted me with the policy changes right away and the new documents were forwarded while we were onthe phone. Great stuff King Price, nice to know we have someone on our side and not hesitant to assist, even on a holiday. Keep it up!!
