Speedy Service

I was initially incorrectly debited for my home content cover by King Price. I required a letter from them stating that the incorrect amount was debited which I had to supply to my bank. A customer care agent assisted me with this letter very promptly and in no less than 15 minutes the matter was sorted. I am very pleased with the swift service.
