Sparkling service masks slow delivery
I would just like to thank Tougheeda for being thoroughly pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. Though it took a over a week to get the assessor out, everything else has been dealt with wonderfully, so a big thank you to her for the prompt and friendly service provided thereafter.
