Solve my issue, please
On 22.11.15 I had an accident and the other party is insured with King Price. The claim was lodged. The necessary documentation was given on 15.01.16 (due to panel beaters closure over festive season). I was asked for 3 week's grace. I constantly contacted the above to ascertain the status of the process, where I am informed that they await an invoice from the policy holder's panel beater. However, when I contact him, he asks all kind of information which they should have (the street names where the accident took place), and again on Thursday last week I contacted them, and on Monday when I spoke to the policy holder, I am now informed that I need to call them. The conversation between myself and the policy holder was sent to them, but to date, no answer. I wonder if my car will ever be repaired through them, or will I now loose my no claim bonus from my insurer, due to their lack of interest. I just want to have my vehicle repaired, please! Your 3 weeks is over now!

We note that Anashree has rep**** to your emails timeously and informed you of the process involved as well as timelines thereto. Due to the nature of the claim we are unable to calculate settlement prior to completion of our clients claim and final invoicing. We note the three weeks you refer to only applies once we have received final invoicing on our clients claim. This is mentioned in the claim form you completed when submitting your claim.
Our sincerest apologies for the time frame involved, should you not agree with the process we urge you to submit your claim directly with your insurer and they will continue the process thereafter.
