Much appreciation goes out to Sokhana Sinama for resolving a claim to my satisfaction. This wasn’t straightforward and Sokhana’s suggestion about a possible resolution, when it seemed that the dispute would remain unresolved, was definitely going the extra mile to try and resolve the matter.
