So useless its almost impressive

As the saying goes, if you pay peanuts, you get ******s to do the job! In this case the ****** was starved of oxygen and most probably drunk too! Im not even going to bother going through my story (its long and i might burst a vain in my head even thinking about it!) but for anyone reading this, please do not make the same mistake as i did, go with a PROPER insurance company, cause these guys are an absolute joke!
