So Unproffessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reported my lost phone last week Tuesday. I've made more than 10 calls to Kingprice to date. Unathi Gobeni who has been handling my claim is so unprofessional, she has not made contact with me since last week. Each time I call I get a different story; I called this morning and a consultant confirmed that payment was made to my account on the 20th however its still not reflecting on my account. I called again and another consultant told me that the request for a refund was only logged this morning by Unathi after I called and I will only get the funds in 48hours........I am on the verge of cancelling this insurance.
