So I did a claim for my car windscreen with this insurer, They are refusing to replace my windscreen with the specific windscreen for my vehicle they got a cheap windscreen which is does not meet the specification for my vehicle and when I communicate that my vehicle uses a specific windscreen I was told that they can't help me with that.
