Smooth service
August was my anniversary month for my car insurance. Called KP to review my policy but unfortunately the lines were very busy. I was offered a call back and I accepted. Within a few minutes I got a call from Malcolm Poole who was very quick to assist me. Very friendly and easy to talk too. Was very happy with the final offering he gave me. The last 3 years with KP has been a breeze,including my claims.
