Smooth Claims Process
The real test of an insurance company is when you claim from them. Glad to report no problems & smooth process with King Price (an accident - car was a writeoff). Very helpful staff - Nkateko, Blessing, Francois Verwey, and also the lady who patiently talked me through the accident notification while I was still in hospital recovering from the crash (didn't get her name)! They do their best to make the claims process pain-free.
