Smile on my face!!

Adrian Kruger phoned me back after I called the call centre and requested a consultant to contact me with regards to an increase on my policy due to the annual price increase.

I was not in the best of moods due to flue and he got to deal with a grumpy client.

I must say he kept it up where I ended up with a smile on my face and feeling better.
