Slow response to call backs and long waits to answer calls for claim.

I submitted a loss/ theft claim. After a week I was not called back and when they phone it is before the given time when I'm unavailable. This is now 2 weeks later and still nothing solved, not responding to emails for call appointment arrangement and when I phone it's just a long wait for nothing..
