Slow response on recovery
My vehicle was damaged in an accident on 01 March 2013. My vehicle got damaged as a result of an initial collision between two other vehicles, where one of those vehicles subsequently collided into my stationary vehicle. I was in no way a cause of the collision between these two parties.

My vehicle was repaired and paid for by my claim KCKP***1 with King Price - which included my payment of an excess. King Price had also submitted the case to a third party organisation for recovery - of which I was informed about on 24 April 2013 by the 3rd party.

The 3rd party had also requested additional details of the accident, which I provided on 25 April 2013. Following this, no communication about the recovery process was provided to me.

My last communication to the 3rd party and to King Price, complaining about the slow recovery process, was on 08 July 2014. The 3rd party responded on the same day stating that the matter will be attended to (no further concrete details were provided). King Price has given no response to me directly and nothing new has been forthcoming from either King Price or their service provider since then up to now (November 2015).
