Slow and bad response

Its amazing how King price get so much good reviews but evetime I interact with them I feel like just chancing my insurance back to OUTsurance. King Price is very old fashion in they way the treat their claims. I claimed for a computer. I had to send them the report and no corresponded . Got my claim number and now is like a waiting game. Are they going to phone me or not? OUTsurance you know exactly where to stand. The only reason I left OUTsurance is because my premiums were so high, No I wonder if I'm in a car accident how long is it going to take for King Price to respond to a claim. The consultants are so unprofessional.
