Since 2018 with the insurance and I am always happy especially after speaking to any of the consultants assisting me with a review of my cover. A huge thank you to Mr Rhonwin Jacobus for not only making my day but also for his patience and willingness to make me a happy client. I am very much grateful for his great customer service. I mean I requested for a call back from him today since we spoke last week and he did not even take morethan 5 minutes to give me a call back as I only wanted to speak to him based on the great customer service he gave me. He is such a great asset to the company and he is indeed giving royal service.
