Simple repair took 40+ days, Radio ******, Lack of Communication
Why was my initial review about King Price removed? Did King Price advise Hello Peter to remove my comment?
It doesn't change the fact that My radio has been ****** while my car was with you guys. And lack of communication from your agents who ignore calls when I needed an update for my car which has been in for a front bumper and headlight repair for over 40 days.

We take our commitment of royal service very seriously and we hate hearing that we’ve disappointed you. The review was removed in error as it showed as a duplicate and was loaded twice onto this website.
Rest assured, King Price is aware of your initial complaint and are urgently investigating the matter with the towing company as well as the panel beater and will provide you with feedback as soon as feedback has been received from both parties.
