Simon had called me to offer his assistance because the other consultants could not give me any further clarity. He assured me that he will follow up and get back to me, and he did as promised. He not only resolved my query but also managed to decrease my premiums even further. It is rather hard to come by such people who are passionate about giving off such impeccable customer service.
