Shy away from claims
Worst insurance company to deal with. After lightning struck 4 appliances blown. After assessing damage, they claim only one product damaged by lightning with excess of R2500 for pc board. My other 3 appliances apparently damaged throughout water damage or wear and tear. Fortunately some of my products still under warranty to get assessed further. Please rather get insurance through broker which I intend doing instead of using these online multi level companies.
